Caroline R. Ngoubene became a DC immigration lawyer at the Andrews Law Firm in 2011. She has been practicing and making appearances before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.
She attended the Université Libre de Bruxelles, Faculty of Law, in Brussels, Belgium (Candidate in Law, 1999) prior to moving to the United States. She then graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park (B.A., 2001), and Georgetown University Law Center (J.D., 2004) in Washington, D.C. She also holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Banking and Financial Services Management (2010) from Boston University. She has previously worked in law firms in Washington, D.C. and Maryland primarily in the areas of immigration law and family law (divorce cases).
She is admitted to the Maryland State Bar (2004), the District of Columbia Bar (2009), the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, and the U.S. District Court, District of Maryland. She is fluent in French and proficient in Spanish.
