In January 2000, the Andrews Law Firm (fka Tommy Andrews Jr., P.C.) was incorporated, and the founder Tommy Andrews, Jr. a Virginia bankruptcy lawyer, and DC bankruptcy attorney, began the practice of consumer bankruptcy law.

In 2001, the Andrews Law Firm moved to its present location: 122 North Alfred St., Alexandria, VA 22314

In 2002, Derek Bathrick, a Virginia bankruptcy lawyer and Maryland bankruptcy lawyer, joined the firm to practice consumer bankruptcy law.

In 2003, Marcelo Michel, a Virginia bankruptcy lawyer,  joined the firm to practice consumer bankruptcy law.

In 2004, the Andrews Law Firm began practicing Virginia Immigration Law.

In 2009, Tetiana Zhmachenko, a Virginia bankruptcy lawyer, joined the firm to practice consumer bankruptcy law.

In 2009, the Andrews Law Firm opened its second and third locations in Fredericksburg, Virginia and Greenbelt, Maryland.

In 2011, the Andrews Law Firm began offering Virginia uncontested divorce.

In 2011, Caroline R. Ngoubene, a DC immigration lawyer joined the firm, to practice immigration law.

In  2012, Monique Milucky Farahi returned to practice immigration law with the Andrews Law Firm.
